A licensed professional counselor specializing in infant and toddler mental health. She obtained her Master of Science Degree in Counseling Psychology in 2001 from Loyola College in Maryland. While at Loyala, Jennifer was part of a pioneering Head Start Mental Health Project targeting early intervention for children suffering the effects of exposure to trauma, poverty, and other mental health and behavioral issues.
