MHA is proud to partner with community members through Healthy Sheboygan County and lead the initiative for suicide prevention in Sheboygan County. As a group, we hold Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) suicide prevention training throughout the year at different locations in the community.

Learn the warning signs for suicide, how to offer hope, and how to seek help to save a life with a QPR Gatekeeper Training.

Facilitators utilize an evidence-based, innovative, and practical suicide prevention curriculum to help participants learn to recognize a suicide crisis and how and where to find help. QPR empowers all people, regardless of their background, to make a positive difference in the community.
