Insights, Inc. was founded by Carol Sherman Haid, MA, LCPC, BCPC to help her clients create positive change, develop greater interpersonal skillsand deepen personal insights.Ms. Sherman Haid is a Board Certified Professional Counselor (BCPC) and a Certified Relationship Specialist (CRS) through the American Psychotherapy Association. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in both Wisconsin and Illinois, and is certified in both teaching and school guidance. For over 30 years she has worked in both public and private settings; has taught at the elementary and university levels; and has provided family and marital therapy.

She is an Allied Professional in the Association of Educational Therapists (AET). With her combined background in education and psychology, she offers a compassionate perspective on how learning difficulties, LD, attentional issues, ADD/ADHD impact the lives of children and adults. Her goal for each client is to create a deeper awareness of their strengths and weaknesses, heal old feelings of shame and disappointment, and develop and practice a happier, more productive lifestyle.
