The day program is a social model program based on the wellness wheel. Assessments are completed on all potential participants. Program provides support for families and caregivers as well as educational sessions for the community. The mission is to enrich lives by providing each individual the opportunity to maintain independence, personal dignity, and feelings of self-worth while making new friendships.
