Cardiac Services: Comprehensive preventive, diagnostic, and primary care for patients with all types of heart disease. 

Diabetes Center: Patient education and individual counseling provided for the management of diabetes. Nutrition therapy, blood glucose testing, and foot clinics are offered. Call (920) 459-5192.
