The mission of the Family Caregivers Coalition in Sheboygan County is to identify, recognize, support and enhance the role of those affected by caregiving through community outreach, education, peer support and shared resources in order to help family caregivers thrive. The Coalition consists of family caregivers, individuals, and organization members who share a common goal to support family caregivers. The Coalition promotes appreciation of family caregivers and provides education and outreach through key programs: Caregivers Connect, Caregiving Counts, Carefree Cafe, and Caregivers Retreat.
