Determines appropriate service needs through intake, evaluation, and treatment planning for persons with developmental disabilities, mental illness, or alcohol/drug abuse problems. Includes court-ordered intoxicated driver assessments and early intervention services for children with disabilities, ages 0 - 3. Family support for families with children with disabilities, ages newborn - 21.
Outpatient: Clinical evaluation. Individual, family, or group therapy for persons with a mental illness, alcohol or drug abuse problems.
Inpatient: Treatment of mental illness and alcohol and drug abuse problems through hospitalization under provider contracts.
Residential: Community-based residential facility placement and support services in independent living settings for persons with mental illness, or alcohol/drug abuse problems.
Community Support (PACE): Advocacy and support services to help persons with severe and persistent mental illness maintain independent living.
Therapeutic Activity and Service Coordination (TASC): Service coordination and advocacy for persons with multiple disabilities.
Case Management: Advocacy, referral, and support for persons with developmental disabilities, mental illness, alcohol or drug abuse problems, aged, infirm, or physically disabled adults.
Adult Protective Services: Guardianship and evaluation for protective services or placement for adults with disabilities or infirmities of aging.
Vocational: Vocational programming for adults with disabilities that includes sheltered and supported employment.
Social Services and Counseling for Adults: Including financial placement, home care, abuse and/or neglect assessment, and case management.
Respite Care: Assistance with locating respite resources.
