Jessica is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She earned her Master of Science degree in Educational Psychology with a focus in Community Counseling. She also has educational background in Art Therapy. Jessica believes that the counseling approach should fit the individual, but most often uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, or a Person-Centered approach.
